Dispatch Times
At Snooty Catz we pick and pack every day Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). As we stock all items this usually means your goods will be dispatched the same day or on busy occasions next working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day. In the unlikely event of a temporary stock shortage, we guarantee to dispatch your goods within 14 days of order or we will issue a full refund.
Please note all orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched the following Monday unless its a Bank Holiday.
