How to use Essential oils

Bath: Add a few drops of essential oil to your bathwater for a soothing and aromatic bath experience.
Place few drops of oil on your feet or your palms
Diffusion: Use an essential oil diffuser or oil burner to disperse the aroma of your chosen oil into the air.
Shake well and apply generously on wrists or back of the neck as desired
Inhalation: Inhaling the aroma of essential oils directly from the bottle or by adding a few drops to a tissue.
Aromatherapy Jewelry: Wear diffuser jewelry, such as bracelets or necklaces with absorbent pads, designed to hold essential oils.

As this product is made of pure essential oil blends for those with sensitive skin we recommend diluting with a base oil.
