How To Really Enjoy A Relaxing Bath

Life can get stressful, what better way to wind down then to enjoy a moment of pure relaxation in a nice warm relaxing bath.

The first thing to do is find some “me time”. Allow yourself at least an hour of your day for your bath, leave the technology and gadgets aside and don’t bring them into the bathroom with you. Light some candles and place them around the bath and room itself. Consider lighting candles with a scent you like most.

You want the water to be warm enough to soak in for at least half an hour without it getting too cold, but don’t make it too hot. Now most importantly it’s time to relax, consider playing some soothing music in the background on low volume or read a book to get your mind away from everything else.
