How To Really Enjoy A Relaxing Bath

Life can get stressful, what better way to wind down then to enjoy a moment of pure relaxation in a nice warm relaxing bath.

The first thing to do is find some “me time”. Allow yourself at least an hour of your day for your bath, leave the technology and gadgets aside and don’t bring them into the bathroom with you. To allow yourself to truly unwind, your bathroom needs to be peaceful, a quick tidy up and your bathroom can look all tidy and feel much more relaxed to be in. Light some candles and place them around the bath and room itself. Consider lighting candles with a scent you like most.

Eco Friendly Candles

You want the water to be warm enough to soak in for at least half an hour without it getting too cold, but don’t make it too hot. Consider adding a bath bomb to really add an extra nice scented smell. Now most importantly it’s time to relax, consider playing some soothing music in the background on low volume or read a book to get your mind away from everything else.

Himalayan Salt

Himalayan crystal salt can be dissolved in a hot bath for a healthy soak. Alternatively, blend with essential oils for a rich body scrub. Create a spa like experience in the comfort of your own home with our natural Himalayan bath salts.

This ancient salt is not processed with harsh chemicals instead, it is mined by hand in Pakistan and stone ground. Himalayan salt has no preservatives or additives. Completely pure and natural in origin, Himalayan salt contains 84 of the possible 92 trace minerals.

Himalayan Salt

  • Around forty to fifty million years ago, the Himalayas were formed from the collision of two continental plates, the Indian subcontinent, and Eurasia.
  • Prior to this, the region was occupied by an extensive sea known as the Tethys.
  • The salt deposits left by the drying Tethys lay buried for millions of years while the energy of the earth formed the major structures of the present day.
  • Because the ancient salt deposits were protected by the molten rock from modern forms of pollution.
  • Sourced ethically from Pakistan
