Festive Wishes a Year in Reflection

2019 has been an amazing year for us, we’ve continued to evolve and grow, including setting up our very first shop in Sheffield. Standing true to our business ethics we bought furniture from local charities and if we couldn’t find what we needed then we made it ourselves! We love the overall effect, so if you’re passing by, pop down to say Hi 🙂
We are excited to say that with your help we have planted 306 trees this year with our range of ethical greeting cards. We think that’s absolutely amazing and we are hoping to plant even more trees in 2020!
In November and December, we also supported a few charities including, Give a Gift, Shrapnel, Beckley Preschool and Hallam FM Mission Christmas cash for kids. It’s always humbling to hear from charities that are working hard to support those less fortunate than ourselves.
This year we enrolled on the TerraCycle programme for Lily’s Kitchen and The RB® Hygiene Home Recycling Programme. TerraCycle reuses, upcycles and recycles waste instead of incinerating or landfilling it. This moves waste from a linear system to a circular one, allowing it to keep cycling in our economy.

We are already working hard for 2020 with lots of fabulous new products on the horizon; we can’t wait to show you 🙂
