Want to know how to make a lavender and rose mineral bath detox, that’s quick and easy to do and smells fabulous!
To make this you will need
In a mixing bowl add ¼ cup (65ml) of Himalayan Salt
Pink Himalayan sea salt is naturally pure and contains over 84 minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and iron.
Next, you need to add 5 to10 drops of essential oil of your choice, we used Lavender oil because we love the smell and it’s great for various ailments from minor cuts, bruises, and burns to chronic diseases like rheumatism, asthma, and dermatitis.
Remember the more oil you add the stronger the scent; you might want to start with 10 drops and increase if you want a stronger aroma. You need to keep stirring until the oil has been absorbed and no clumps are left.
Then add 1 cup (250ml) of Magnesium Flakes
Magnesium is vital to many cell processes including the management of energy, the formation of proteins and cell replication. Magnesium is one of nature’s remedies; helps with sleep, muscle aches and pains and so much more; a must-have mineral for all humans and animals. We then added ½ cup (125ml) of Rose petals which contain antioxidants and antibacterial compounds, they soothe the skin and have anti-inflammatory properties. Plus they look pretty!
Once you’ve combined all four ingredients you can then transfer them to an airtight container of your choice, where they will keep for up to 6 months. By using these in your bath it’s a great way for your skin to absorb all these great minerals leaving you relaxed and mineralized and ready for another day!
